Here at A Touch of Grace Designs, we are proud to bring our customers great value and service. For your convenience, your order will be shipped directly to your doorstep!
Our current processing time is 5-7 business days after purchase. Estimated delivery of orders--after processing time--depends on your chosen method of shipping and may take up to 5 business days.
FREE SHIPPING
We are happy to offer free shipping for all domestic orders totally $75 or more.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
A Touch of Grace Designs are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
SHIPPING TIME
Due to COVID-19 regulations, delivery times are delayed in some areas.
Please keep this in mind while ordering.
Delays may also occur, in processing or shipping, during holidays, inclement weather, pandemic, natural disasters, and other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any processing delays if they go beyond our listed processing times. Please note that some products may come in separate shipments.

Once the package has been scanned by the delivery service for shipment, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between the buyer and the shipping company. This includes, but is not limited to: delays, loss, or damage due to inclement weather or natural disaster. Of which, we will not be held responsible, nor will replacements be issued. We do our best to carefully pack each order using quality packaging and protective materials. We strive to ship your order out in a timely manner, according to our processing and shipping policy.
We will not compensate for any loss or damage caused by delays or any mishandling of your package by the shipping carrier. Please understand that once your package leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee the timely delivery of a fully intact package. If the shipping carrier fails to deliver the package on time or delivers the package damaged, please file all claims with the shipping company. First-class mail does not carry insurance, as such claims for late, damaged, or lost mail cannot be filed on those packages.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an error was made on our part, we will remake and ship the item to you free of charge. A return shipping label will be provided to mail back the item in question.
